Kayla used to do that...Yay on liking the new foods! <BR/><BR/>Kayla used to do that too. She would fall asleep on me and as soon as I laid her down, or took a step out of her room she would wake up. I remember feeling like "oh come on! you were just sleeping, why do you have to wake up when I lay you down!" It was trial and error...trying different ways to lay her down, different ways of holding her. Finally I started with after laying her down patting/rubbing her back and butt until she would asleep again. I know the "books" all say they should learn to fall asleep on their own, but this started working for us. And she has learned to fall asleep on her own, she takes naps and bedtimes and falls asleep on her own.
