5 Ingredient Friday
Corn Casserole
-2 cans of creamed corn
-8 oz sour cream or yogurt
-1 egg
-1 box corn muffin mix
-1/4 cup milk
Directions
Mix all the ingredients together. Bake in 9x13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until firm.
*This is my favorite side dish at family holidays that is made by my favorite aunt. The couple times I've tried making this, it never comes out as good as Aunt Dolores makes it, but it's still very good!

Wow! This would make a wonderful side dish for Thanksgiving! Thanks!
Hubby would really enjoy that.
Thanks
Awesome! I've added this one to my grocery list too. My family will eat well next week;)
This sounds yummy and I'll have to try it! :)
It's funny, my older sister makes a scalloped corn dish that's Heavenly (it's more than 5 ingredients so I haven't posted it). Each time that I've tried to make it, it never tastes as good as when she makes it, and I'm following her recipe. Funny how that works sometimes, isn't it?
Thanks for participating in my Five Ingredient Friday recipe exchange. I do appreciate it!
I hope to see you post a recipe this coming Monday for my Holiday Cooking, Blogger style recipe exchange. :)
I love corn casserole. Thanks for the recipe.
Sounds very interesting..and delish! Thanks for sharing =)
I've made this before, and it is Yummy! I'm making Chili for supper tonight, this would be a good change from corn muffins.
