Baking madness!

What a weekend! I spent literally most of it baking cookies and candy to give out. The list of people I want to give goodies out to almost doubled since last year so yeah, I was a baking maniac!

Breaking my arm stirring the fudge!!

Chocolates are a pain to make! Halfway through, I started making them all solid instead of decorating them!

I love spritz cookies! I only made a triple batch :) All together over 250!

Double batch of peanut brittle!

Triple batch of fudge... over 6 pounds!

Chocolate & Christmas chip cookies, double batch!

Not pictured, candied pecans & sugar cookies. I still have to decorate the sugar cookies so I'll be up late finished those tonight!

I am not much of a cook, so I am just thoroughly impressed. Everything looks so good. I am going to try your peanut brittle recipe today.

Those chocolates remind me of my mom's baking when I was young. she too would paint the chocolate candy molds to get the different colors. What a load of work! All that food looks excellent!!!

OMGoodness my keyboard is sparking from all the drool dripping onto it. Was thinking of trying your fudge recipe do you have any idea how to convert the marshmallow puff amount into little marshmallows? I'm not a great baker LOL was just wondering.

I am so excited. I tried your peanut brittle recipe (my first attempt ever at making candy) and succeeded. Finally. Burned the first batch. YUCK. Embarrassing part is that my husband was so excited that I was making it that he tried to eat the burned brittle.

I am so happy! 'Tis the season! THANK YOU!

I am going out to buy something to give them in. My father is going to flip. My son is going to give them to his uncle too. He pulled his name from the family grab bag and had to make something. He helped me measure all the ingredients, but had to get out of the kitchen when the stove was on. That stuff gets hot!
